Studio Gabriel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a creative studio providing design, video editing, branding, and related digital services to businesses globally.

• Services are delivered based on mutually agreed scope, timelines, and pricing via proposal, email, or contract.
• Any work outside the agreed scope will require written approval and may incur additional charges.

• Payments are due as per the agreed terms.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.
• Final files are released only after full payment.
• Late payments may pause or terminate services.

• All concepts, drafts, and working files remain the property of Studio Gabriel until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by contract.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate inputs, assets, and approvals on time
• Ensure you own or have rights to all materials you supply
• Respond within reasonable timelines to avoid project delays
• Delays caused by the client are not our liability.

Studio Gabriel is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Business interruption or loss of profit
• Issues caused by third-party platforms, tools, or hosting providers
• Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are breached, payments are overdue, or abusive behaviour occurs.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
